Information collected
Secure intake collects your name, email, optional mobile number, province, limited property and electricity-supply context, selected objectives and the quotation files you choose to provide. It does not ask for card details; Yoco hosts the payment page.
Purpose and handling
The information is used to create, administer and review your quotation request, verify payment status and communicate about the service. Customer details and files are encrypted before private storage. Uploaded files are quarantined and not automatically opened, OCR-processed or shared.
Data minimisation
Do not submit identity documents, bank or card details, passwords, access codes or unrelated personal information. Only PDF, JPEG and PNG quotation files within the published size limit are accepted.
Retention and rights
Incomplete intake records carry a 30-day retention deadline. Contact support@truescope.co.za to request access, correction, objection or deletion where applicable, quoting only the intake reference. Some records may need to be retained where required for a paid service, dispute, tax or legal hold; any exception must be recorded separately.
Operators and transfers
Cloudflare Sites, D1 and R2 provide the hosting and private storage layer. Yoco processes payment details on its hosted checkout. No external analytics transmission, automated email or WhatsApp, or installer referral is enabled by this intake.
